Vedic astrology is an ancient indian science, which describes planetary motions and positions with the time and its effects on humans and other lives on the earth. Vedic astrology is thousands of years old and is based on the movement of the planets with respect to stars and zodiac signs. According to vedic astrology there are 27 constellations made up of 12 zodiac signs, 9 planets and 12 houses. Each of the house and each of the planets describes some nature of human life.
Depending on when a person is born, the 12 signs are distributed among the 12 houses and 9 planets are placed in different houses. The snapshot of this visual arrangements of signs and planets is called a horoscope (KUNDALI) chart. Vedic Astrology is nothing but the interpretation of this snapshot of the arrangements as it is related to humans and other entities on the earth.
